What is the difference between a three-season and four-season room?
A three-season room uses single-pane glass and is comfortable in spring, summer and fall. A four-season room uses insulated glass and thermally broken framing designed for year-round use, and may require conditioning to maintain comfort in winter and summer.
Can you build on my existing deck or slab?
Sometimes. An existing slab or deck must be inspected for structural suitability before we rely on it. We confirm this during an on-site consultation.
Does a four-season room include heating and cooling?
Conditioning is a separate scope. We will explain what is included in your package and what conditioning work is required for true year-round comfort.
